  • Free Clientèle Rewards for all policyholders:

    Are you a Clientèle Rewards policyholder? Rest assured that even during these tough and uncertain times, we are constantly introducing effective ways to safeguard your world with compassion.
    Most South African’s can feel the economic pressure that is a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is why in our efforts to assist with offering some relief, we are offering FREE access to Rewards for all loyal policyholders.

    This means that if you are a policyholder who does not have Clientèle Rewards, you will be able to access all the benefits for FREE until 31 July 2020. This means more money back in your pocket every time you shop for essentials such as groceries, health & beauty items, baby clothing & essentials, winter clothing and bedding plus stationery.

    The benefit will apply as follows:
    • Policyholders who have paid their April premium will have access to Blue Rewards until the end of July 2020.
    • Policyholders who have paid at least 5 out of their last 6 premiums will have FREE access to Clientèle Silver Rewards from now until the end of July 2020.
    • Blue Rewards members who have paid at least 5 out of their last 6 Reward fees will be upgraded to Silver Rewards for FREE from now until the end of July 2020.
    • Loyal Clientèle Rewards members who pay their May and June Reward Fees, will receive a FREE Shoprite/Checkers voucher to the value of R50 for paying Blue Rewards members and R100 for paying Silver Rewards members. Vouchers can be used in July 2020 and will be available in the ‘My Wallet’ section of the App

    1. Clientèle Blue Rewards

    This plan offers all the benefits that you have come to know and love. Enjoy the following benefits:
    • Grocery coupons: 50 monthly grocery coupons on selected products redeemable at Shoprite, Checkers and Checkers Hyper. The coupons are available via the App;
    • Health & beauty coupons: 50 monthly health & beauty coupons on selected products redeemable at Dis-Chem. The coupons are available via the App;
    • Discounted bus tickets: save 20% with Greyhound and 15% with Citiliner. You will need to call Direct Rewards to book and your bus ticket reference number will be sent to you via SMS or email;
    • Gift vouchers: save 10% on gift vouchers for stores such as Edgars and Jet. You can purchase your gift card on the App or call Direct Rewards and your reference number will be sent to you via SMS or email;
    • Get up to 25% discount on airtime and data with Clientèle Mobile. You can purchase your sim card on the Clientèle App and visit a Clientèle kiosk at a shopping centre near you to collect and Rica your SIM card.

    2. Clientèle Silver Rewards

    Clientèle Silver Rewards offers you even more savings every month. With Silver Rewards you get to enjoy all the Clientèle Blue Rewards benefits and also save on the following:
    • Dining using a delivery service: Get up to R100 cash back every time you order two meals at selected restaurants in our App which will be delivered by the applicable delivery service operating during Lockdown. There is no need to cook, order in and save. Visit the Clientèle App to view the selected restaurant list.
    • Movie tickets: enjoy up to 50% off on movie tickets at selected Nu Metro Cinemas and 10% off on movie tickets at selected Ster-Kinekor Cinemas. Take your cinema experience to new heights and enjoy the best blockbuster movies.
    • Get up to 35% discount on airtime and data with Clientèle Mobile. You can purchase your sim card on the Clientèle App and visit a Clientèle kiosk at a shopping centre near you to collect and Rica your SIM card.

    How to access Clientèle Rewards:
    Simply download the Clientèle App on your smartphone from either the Apple or Google Play stores, click on Rewards and follow the prompts or click here.
    Visit the Clientèle App for more information.

    Once you have downloaded the App on your phone you can also lodge a claim 24/7, buy online and save with Clientèle Rewards. The App is simple, easy and free to use once downloaded (on all major SA networks). This means that Clientèle will pay for the data that the App uses.

  • How to redeem your grocery coupons:
    To redeem your grocery coupons at Shoprite, Checkers and Checkers Hyper, all you have to do is login on the Clientèle App, click on ‘Rewards’ then ‘My Deals’ and ‘All Deals’. You can then select the store from which you would like to redeem your grocery coupons, select the product items and confirm. Once you have your product coupon codes, you will be ready to go shopping.
    When doing your shopping, you will need to show the discount coupon codes to the cashier as they are scanning your selected items. If for some reason the cashiers are unaware of how to process these discount codes please ask them to call a manager who will be able to assist.

    How to redeem your health and beauty coupons:
    To redeem your health and beauty coupons at Dis-Chem, all you have to do is login on the Clientèle App, click on ‘Rewards’ then ‘My Deals’ and ‘All Deals’. You can then select ‘Dis-Chem’ from the list, select the product items and click confirm. Once you have your coupon code (please note that you will receive a single code for all selected items), you will be ready to go shopping.
    When doing your shopping, you will need to show the discount coupon code to the cashier as they are scanning your selected items. If for some reason the cashier is unaware of how to process the discount code, please ask them to call a manager who will be able to assist.

    How to redeem your gift card discounts:
    You can buy your gift voucher in the Clientèle App by clicking on ‘Rewards’, ‘My Deals’, ‘All Deals’ then select the store for which you would like a gift voucher – Edgars, Jet or CNA. Then click on ‘Buy Now’, select the required amount, select the payment option (Debit/credit card or EFT), then select ‘Pay Now’. You will then need to follow the payment prompts and once the payment is successful, you will receive your gift voucher number. You can also access your gift voucher discounts by contacting Direct Rewards (our rewards partner) to buy these from them at the discounted rate. You will be requested to make payment into a nominated bank account after which you will receive your discounted gift voucher.

    How to redeem your bus ticket discounts:
    To access your bus ticket discounts you will need to contact Direct Rewards (our rewards partner) to buy these from them at the discounted rate. You will be requested to make payment into a nominated bank account after which you will receive your discounted bus ticket.

    How to get cashback on dining:
    To save on dining at over 1,000 restaurants, you will need to visit the Clientèle App to find a participating restaurant near you. You will need to click on ‘Rewards’, ‘My Deals’, ‘All Deals’, select ‘dining’ click on restaurants and then select your province. The applicable restaurants near you will appear and you can then visit the restaurant of your choice. After dining and within 24 hours you will need to upload your receipt on the App in order to receive the cashback on the second cheapest meal up to a maximum of R100.
    To upload your receipt click on ‘Rewards’, ‘My Deals’, ‘All Deals’, select ‘dining’ and select ‘claim’ and enter the required details, plus upload a clear image of your receipt. The claim will be processed within 72 hours. For any queries, please call Direct Rewards.

    How to get up to 50% off on movie tickets:
    To save while enjoying blockbuster movies with your loved ones, visit the Clientèle App to purchase your discounted movie voucher. Please note that the voucher will be redeemable only at Nu Metro Cinemas, Ster –Kinekor cinemas, self-service kiosks, online or through the call centre.

    To access your discounted movie vouchers you will need to click on ‘Rewards’, ‘My Deals’, ‘All Deals’ then ‘Select Movies”. Then click on ‘Buy Now’ or ‘Find a Cinema’ to view the participating Cinemas. Should you have clicked ‘Buy Now’, select the number of vouchers you require. The discounted amount will reflect, then select the payment option (Debit/credit card or EFT), then select ‘Pay Now’. You will then need to follow the payment prompts and once the payment is successful, you will receive your movie ticket voucher number.

    How to purchase and activate your Clientèle Mobile SIM card:
    To purchase your SIM card and get connected to Clientèle Mobile in order to access South Africa’s most affordable airtime and data deals visit the Clientèle App. You will need to click on ‘Clientèle Mobile’, ‘Get Connected’, complete your details in the required fields and confirm your details. Pay for your SIM card by selecting the payment method you prefer (debit/credit card or EFT), select "Pay Now”, click ‘Continue’ to confirm your SIM card purchase/order. Click on the ‘SIM card order’ to view your order number. You will then need to collect your SIM card, visit a Clientèle kiosk at a shopping centre near you to collect and RICA. Remember to bring along your Green barcoded or Smart ID as well as proof of residence in order to RICA your SIM card. To recharge, view your airtime or data balance and SIM card information log on to the Clientèle App.

  • UPSKILL AND FURTHER YOUR EDUCATION FOR FREE WITH CLIENTÈLE REWARDS

    The COVID-19 pandemic has challenged many parts of our lives, one of the most fundamental, being our education. With most schools and institutions closed during the lockdown, it is challenging for most to pursue any learning and development.

    As Clientèle Rewards, we pride ourselves in our ability to not only take care of our clients by offering incredible savings on life’s most essential items, but also our ability to meet many needs that arise. Clientèle Rewards members can now complete a Boston online short learning programme of their choice absolutely free and also access Ivy Academy high school learner support for your younger family members. There are over 200 short learning programmes to choose from. This special is for a limited period only.     How to Redeem your voucher:

    2. Click on Education at the top where All Deals are displayed
    3. Select Boston Connect or Ivy Academy to redeem a voucher
    4. Once the voucher is requested, you can access your voucher by clicking on My Wallet where you will be given a unique voucher code with all information and a link to the relevant platform: Boston Connect or Ivy Academy in order to proceed to register for the programme.
